The Canada Specialist Programme (CSP) is now live on mobile via an app, making it easier than ever for travel agents to learn and train. The CSP programme by Destination Canada was launched last autumn and draws on the tourist board’s extensive experience providing agent training.
Whether you want to access training options on your morning commute, while having your coffee or during dedicated time in the evening, the CSP app enables you to make your way through the modules at a time that is convenient for you. Your Canada qualification is truly at your fingertips.
“In the first four months since the launch we have already had around 500 UK travel agents sign up to the new CSP programme,” Hanmer said.
“Obviously we are keen for even more agents to benefit from it and we have worked hard to make it super accessible and getting the app up and running forms part of ensuring accessibility.
“Agents who sign up will have the opportunity to be invited onto fams to Canada, so they can experience it for themselves and sell it with great confidence. We’ve had great feedback on the launch roll out and we feel sure the app will mark our training out as amongst the most agent accessible.”
