Australia and New Zealand specialist Anzcro has launched its first luxury brochure to cater for growing demand for upmarket properties from UK agents.
The 136-page Luxury Collection brochure showcases 38 lodges, alpine retreats and unique stays in New Zealand plus 26 options in Australia, from island escapes to lodges and “wild bush luxury” accommodation.
Andrew Guthrey, UK general manager, said: “We have seen unprecedented demand for luxury properties this year.
“This is for itineraries exclusively incorporating luxury lodges and boutique hotels, private touring and transfers, as well as standard four-star itineraries with a few luxury night stays to make the holiday extra special.

Halliday also said a travel agents’ incentive has been launched to mark the brochure’s launch, with Amazon vouchers being given for bookings with a value of £15,000 or more with at least one luxury element.
