Azamara Cruises has bolstered its leadership team with four appointments.
Meg Lee (pictured left) will oversee marketing and communications covering product, trade, brand, engagement, media, public relations and internal communications.
Lee was formerly the chief marketing officer of Norwegian Cruise Line.

Paulette Haego (second left) has been named chief information officer and will lead IT and the programme management office.
Haego joins Azamara with more than 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, having previously held roles at Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages, Disney Cruise Line and Amadeus.
Minas Miliaras (second right) has joined Azamara as chief maritime officer. He began his career as a naval architect and has held technical roles at Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Carnival Maritime.
Lastly, Nico Corbijn (right) has been named chief administration officer after three years of overseeing marine operations.
In his new role, he will lead global human resources, legal services and land product development.
Chief executive Dondra Ritzenthaler, who took up her position in May, said: “I couldn’t be more pleased to announce that these three outstanding individuals are joining the Azamara team.
“Meg, Paulette and Minas are recognised leaders in their respective areas of expertise. They each bring a wealth of cruise industry knowledge and experience to Azamara. They will each play a critical role in helping us take our industry-leading innovation and growth strategies to the next level.”
She added: “Nico’s combination of knowledge, background and leadership skills is truly rare. His ability to lead across land and shore operations is remarkable.”
