Celebrity Cruises has enhanced the offering in its premium section, The Retreat.
All passengers in The Retreat have a dedicated butler assigned to their suite, and the line has now introduced a butler chat function using Whatsapp, allowing customers to message their butler at any time.
A dedicated shore excursions expert will be available for guests of The Retreat, with the capability of planning destination-related activities and arranging transfers for passengers when on excursions. They will also have suite-to-car butler escorts when on private trips.

The line has also made culinary enhancements to Luminae, the exclusive restaurant available only to passengers staying in The Retreat.
In addition to the new benefits, The Retreat customers will also receive an in-suite dining menu with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, premium wines and priority luggage drop off and delivery on embarkation.
