Classic Collection will enhance its Classic Concierge service from January 1.
The service currently provides customers with luxury transfers, airport lounge access, meet-and-greet services, 23kg hold luggage and 24 hour access to a rep via WhatsApp.
From next year, the Classic Concierge service will also include fast-track in all UK airports and on bookings worth £50,000 of more, Classic Collection will provide a private chauffeur to take customers from their home to the airport.
Chief executive Andy Freeth said: “The feedback from our travel agent partners is their customers love the current concierge service, particularly the WhatsApp channel where they can message a rep and get an answer instantly without having to call us.
“We’ve even been told customers who are undecided which operator to book with often choose us because we offer transfers.
“We’re enhancing the product because we are creating an even more luxurious value proposition. It’s all about hassle-free luxury.”
