Homeworking agency Designer Travel is offering more than £55,000 in holiday prizes as part of a peaks period ‘Dream Team’ incentive.
The incentive comes as the company marks its 15th anniversary this month having reporting record sales in 2022.
Bookings for the year were 58% ahead of pre-pandemic levels in 2019.
Co-owners Amanda Matthews and Karen Pocock said: “Our team have supported each other throughout the last year and together we have all achieved so much. We wanted to reward everyone with an amazing opportunity for peaks 2023.
“This January sees us launch our Dream Team holiday giveaway, which will give everyone the chance to win a share of over £55,000 of holiday prizes, in return for selling holidays to hotels and destinations around the world that we all love.
“We have worked with our partners to offer our prizes to the team, which will enable them to sample the holidays and products that we pro-actively promote and sell to our customers.
“In return, we will be promoting those same partners across our various social and traditional marketing channels during the next few months.”
The holiday giveaway arrives on the back of the launch of a partnership pledge – a commitment to working with key suppliers “for the greater good” of both parties.
The ownership duo said: “The pledge has been well received, with many suppliers delighted to see a travel agent being pro-active about what’s expected from both sides of the relationship”.
The company also plans to hold its 2023 conference in Corfu in June.
A ‘Little Steps Big Impact’ environmental policy has been unveiled in a digital book detailing practical steps travellers can make a to he protect the environment.
