Elegant Resorts has launched its first agent portal as part of a strategy to “reinforce” its commitment to the trade.
The portal has been designed following feedback gathered from agents over several months by the luxury operator.
It features information to support agent partners, such as details about Elegant Resorts’ team, events, incentives, offers and marketing assets.
The profiles of the Elegant Resorts team members showcases their knowledge and experience.
Agents can also select the “favourite” products function to receive alerts when a new offer is loaded.
All Elegant Resorts’ offers are available to download in a white-label format for agents to display or share with their clients.

Tracy Docherty, agency sales director, said: “Over the past six months, we’ve heavily invested in designing and developing a portal for the sole use of our travel agent partners and homeworkers.
“It will offer a login, through which agents will have access to a host of useful tools.
“Feedback from partners indicated that they regularly book a number of core hotels with us, and they wanted relevant offers to target their regular bookers.
“This is the first phase of our commitment to ensuring our agent partners and homeworkers feel valued and receive a seamless experience with Elegant Resorts.
“We look forward to receiving their feedback on phase one, as work on phase two is already under way.”
