Explora Journeys has unveiled its inaugural set of shore excursions for its first ship, Explora I.
The Northern European Destination Experiences collection includes excursions in Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Sweden, the Netherlands, the UK and Greenland.
In Norway, passengers can take a guided Nordic walking tour or have dinner paired with Norwegian spirits, while in Iceland passengers can take a helicopter ride over volcanoes or swim in the blue lagoon.

In the Netherlands, Explora Journeys is offering a sight-seeing tour of Rotterdam or a tour of the Mauritshuis museum, and in Greenland passengers can take swim in the Uunartoq Hot Springs or play a round of golf on an arctic grass course.
The Northern European Destination Experiences collection can be booked as part of the line’s Inaugural Journeys collection, with departures starting from July 17 on the ship’s maiden voyage.
Additionally, the line has partnered with experiential travel company Pelorus to design pre or post-cruise itineraries in Scotland and Iceland, each lasting five days.
Guests on the Destination Experience in Scotland, which takes place from September 2-6, will take a helicopter ride to the Isle of Skye, attend a talk by an astronomer at Cairngorms National Park, join a wild food forager to find cocktail ingredients, and hike with mountain guides.
Meanwhile, guests on the Destination Experience in Iceland will take a helicopter ride to the Troll Peninsula, go horse riding in the mountains and do yoga outdoors. The itinerary takes place from September 9-13.
