Great Rail Journeys has chartered the Amadeus Star and Amadeus Imperial ships for holidays in 2024.
The vessels will sail on the Danube and Rhine and feature on a selection of river-only and rail-and-river tours – some of which are new offerings for 2024.
Amadeus Star was launched in 2019 and can carry 164 passengers.
Facilities include a sun deck, massage room, gym, and bicycle hire service are available. Evening entertainment features local artists and on-board performers.
Amadeus Imperial was built in 2020 and offers 72 cabins and 12 suites.
Great Rail Journeys’ guests have access the shop’s services such as specialist coffees, cakes and biscuits served throughout the day at the Café Vienna, plus the onboard hair stylist and masseur.
The MS Amadeus Star and MS Amadeus Imperial will be available on selected tours and dates departing in 2024, including Glacier Express & Highlights of the Rhine, Delights of the Danube and Imperial Cities and Danube Cruise.
