The Hotelplan UK trade team – representing Inghams and Santa’s Lapland – are offering to go “back to the floor” to help out at 30 busy travel agencies this summer.
Head of agency sales, Julie Franklin, aka Julie Jett, and business development manager Dusty Daredevil and Sasha Scarlet have been dubbed the ‘Hotelplan Heroes’ and are offering to make tea, organise brochures, provide lunch or greet customers.
Franklin said: “We recognise that our fantastic agent partners are doing an amazing job, but are under a lot of stress with less staff and more admin to deal with, so we want to do something for them.
“To help take away some of the stresses, we’d like to help them with everyday chores that take time and get pushed to the bottom of the pile.
“We can make the tea, tidy the back office, stock the racks, meet and greet their customers or even just give them an ear to bend over a cuppa.
“Myself, and the BDM team of Sasha and Hannah are making ourselves available for a morning or afternoon for travel agents to use as they wish – within reason that is.”
Agents are invited to apply for help from these sensational superheroes before July 15.
