Intrepid Travel agent support hub goes live

A new agent support platform created by Intrepid Travel has gone live today (Friday). 

The Intrepid Agent Hub is designed to engage and educate agents by providing a digital one-stop-shop of brand and training tools that can be accessed 24/7.

The operator will be giving away trips valued up to £1,000 to five agents across the UK and Ireland as part of the launch.

The hub contains monthly, on demand brand and product training with incentives and prizes for agents who regularly engage with content. 

The platform also features marketing campaigns and tools, as well as regular news and product updates offering interaction and support from the Intrepid team as well as fellow agents.

Head of business development and partnerships, Jo Reeve, said: “Our agents want real-time support and up-to-date tools that are easily accessible at any time of the day. 

“The Agent Hub allows agents to increase their knowledge and manage their business at the time and pace that best suits them.

“With so many of us now working remotely, we know this will be of particular interest to the growing number of home-based agents in the UK.”
