Senior staff from ITC joined Mandarin Oriental’s Andrea Millar on a half-marathon training run in London as they visited a range of agent partners and helped her prepare for the gruelling Marathon Des Sables.
Millar, director of sales for Mandarin Oriental Canouan, was joined by ITC chief operating officer Lisa Smith and trade partnership manager Gary Bates, with visits to Janaway Travel Camden, Hogarth Travel Notting Hill, Annie Bulmer Travel Fulham and Thames Travel.
The run, from Camden to Richmond, came as Millar prepares for the six-day, 156-mile challenge across the Sahara Desert which is known as the ‘Toughest Footrace on Earth’.
