JG Travel Group triples France capacity to cater for demand

The JG Travel Group has tripled its capacity to France this year compared to 2022 to cater to the “strong demand” for its coach breaks to the country.

Extra availability has been added on existing tours from its brands, Just Go! Holidays and National Holidays, and a new event break in Paris is also now on sale.

The four-day holiday takes clients to see Cirque Du Soleil’s Kurios – Cabinet of Curiosities in Paris this December.

It includes tickets to the show, three nights’ accommodation and travel to Paris, departing December 8. It costs from £449.

Furthermore, capacity has more than doubled for the four-day French and Belgium Christmas Markets following “unprecedented” demand in 2022.

Having only been on sale for a few weeks, this break is already over a third sold and is expected to continue to perform very well. Departing on December 8, it costs from £279.

Additional capacity has also been added to the Paris & Seine River Cruise departure on August 11 following the sell-out success of tour dates that departed earlier in the year.

It is priced from £369 for a four-day coach trip including travel, accommodation, a Seine river cruise and a visit to Amiens. Other dates in October and December are also available.

Claire Dutton, trade sales manager at the JG Travel Group, said: “We are seeing such great interest in our French trips, especially those that visit Paris and other historic French cities, so we’ve added capacity to ensure agent can keep selling.

“Our new Cirque du Soleil in Paris trip is really exciting, especially given that customers also get to experience the city when it is so magical in the run-up to Christmas.

“I believe that our prices are really helping stimulate demand as they offer such great value for money to those customers looking for a European short break this year.”
