JTA Holidays incorporates agent feedback in website revamp

JTA Holidays has revealed its new trade website which incorporates feedback from agents to help make the platform easier to use.

It offers independent travel agents a more streamlined booking process, enhanced functionalities and other features aimed at simplifying and speeding up the travel agent booking experience.

Wayne Darrock, chief executive of JTA Holidays, said: “Although our current website has been very popular amongst our loyal agent partners for many years, we realised that in order to continue to lead the way in delivering the best tour operator technology to agents we needed to upgrade to the best available.

“I am therefore please to unveil our new website, the result of many months of hard work and dedication.

“We have carefully listened to our valued agents and also incorporated their feedback to create a modern, visually appealing, and incredibly user-friendly website.

“Our new website is just one example of our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.”

It offers a “vast product range” of scheduled, low-cost and charter flights, plus holidays, hotels, car hire, attractions and Eurostar.

Its search functionality is now faster and agents to tailor-make a multi-centre itinerary for their customers “in minutes”.

Agents can also book flights with mixed airlines and mixed cabin classes for inbound and outbound journeys.

Users can see Trip Advisor real-time reviews and ratings and take advantage of improved personalised window poster and social media poster designs.
