Coach breaks operator Just Go! Holidays has launched a competition for agents to win cinema tickets to see the sequel to The Railway Children.
Starring Jenny Agutter and Sheridan Smith, The Railway Children Return will open in cinemas on Friday (July 15).
Agutter reprises her role as Bobbie from the original film, which was released in 1970.
The operator is urging agents to capitalise on the interest that is expected to be created by the new film for railway-themed holidays.
And to celebrate the release of The Railway Children Return, Just Go! Holidays is giving away three pairs of Odeon cinema tickets to see the movie.
Agents need to make a booking for its two-day coach break called The Railway Children’s Green Dragon Steam Train & Haworth in order to be entered into the prize draw.
Claire Dutton, trade sales manager at Just Go! Holidays, said: “We all know how movies can drive demand and there is a great deal of hype and nostalgia around this film, which will only continue over the coming days as it opens officially at cinemas.
“From themed social posts to window cards and posters, this could be a great attention-grabber and something that will appeal to customers of all ages.”
