C&M Travel Recruitment has teamed up with the Global Travel and Tourism Partnership to launch a regular news and advice event on social networking audio app Clubhouse.
The move follows C&M’s recent Get Set For Travel’s Restart webinar in which experts discussed the need for firms to offer flexible working policies and carry out Covid-risk assessments in the workplace as well as the current market, as travel firms begin to rehire following the pandemic.
C&M director Barbara Kolosinska and HR and talent professional Claire Steiner will be joined on the sessions every other Thursday by a variety of special guests to answer questions from attendees on HR, legal and recruitment trends in the industry.
Clubhouse is based on audio-chat and users are invited to listen in to hear the topics being discussed, similar to a podcast, and ask questions.
Kolosinska said: “We’ve hosted a number of webinars to help the travel industry since the start of the pandemic and we’re thrilled to now be able to offer regular advice and support through this fortnightly Clubhouse event.
“These sessions will give anyone in travel the chance to access guidance about the latest trends and events, and they can even join the debate and ask questions to our expert panel.
“Each session will feature myself and Claire Steiner alongside some very special guests. We’ve got some really great names lined up for future weeks.”
The event, which held its first session on May 27, will run fortnightly.
