Not Just Travel brings forward revamped conference to summer

Not Just Travel plans its biggest annual conference in June with a top motivational speaker.

The revamped three-day format is being brought forward from the winter and is designed to be more engaging for both travel consultants and trade partners.

The event on June 10-12 at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester will see co-founders Steve Witt and Paul Harrison reveal the company’s latest developments in marketing, training and support opportunities, added member benefits, custom customer service technology and senior management team.

Details an exclusive reward scheme will be provided together with the group’s growth plan and corporate vision.

As well as training sessions anticipated to increase consultants’ profits several times over, one of the line-up’s stars will be one of the world’s top m

Motivational speaker Michael Heppell, who has coached DJs Chris Evans, Sara Cox and TV presenter Davina McCall, is among the speakers lined up.

The conference format has been overhauled from hosting a trade event on the last day, to having trade partners exhibiting and socialising with the travel consultants throughout the weekend.

Co-founder Paul Harrison said: “This enables more natural, firmer relationships to flourish, after all, our business is all about relationships. By immersing themselves into the event over three days, our trade partners can chat to our consultants without time constraints. This will enable a better exchange of ideas and information and will be more profitable for everyone.”

He admitted that “it was difficult to find a UK venue large enough to host our ever-burgeoning number of members.”

Witt added: “As well as our conferences turning into a huge celebratory party, they reunite our team as a family and offer consultants a clear vision forward of how to grow individually and as a business.

“In the past, our conference has been in autumn or winter, when people are usually busier with other commitments.

“We are bringing it forward so that our members can fully commit their time, attention and energy. Plus, drinks on the lawn in the beautiful Cotswold sunshine will be truly memorable.”
