Protected Trust Services has promoted Daniel Landen to chief executive and appointed Mark Sutton as managing director.
Sutton has been commercial director since he joined PTS in January 2020. The company said Sutton had played a pivotal role in PTS’ growth and development during the past 18 months.
Landen, who will still play an active role in PTS as chief executive, said: “I am delighted Mark has accepted the role of managing director and I am confident we shall build on our current growth.
“The PTS board has devised a strong strategy for the future development of PTS to ensure continued growth and success for both the company, and most importantly all PTS members.”
He said the increasingly popularity of trust accounts meant this year was an important time to implement “effective infrastructure changes”.
“It is an exciting time for PTS, our whole team and our members,” he added.
Sutton said it was a “huge honour” to be appointed managing director.
He said: “PTS has ambitious plans for the forthcoming years and the positive management changes will assist in accelerating PTS’ continuing growth. I am thrilled to have a fantastic team and I know together we shall continue to offer further increased support to both our existing and future members.”
