Protected Trust Services (PTS) has appointed Miya Gilritchie as commercial and partnerships manager in a “fundamental” step in its growth plans.
Gilritchie, who has been recruited following the departure of commercial manager Emma Taylor in May, will be tasked with overseeing relationships between agents and suppliers as a key part of her role.
She will also have full responsibility for revenue and acquisition and will work closely with the group’s marketing team to enhance brand awareness.

PTS executive director Emma Collis said the company was “extremely excited” about Gilritchie’s appointment, adding: “Miya has years of invaluable experience in the industry working as a supplier.”
The timing of the appointment was described as “perfect” for PTS’s ambitions in the third and fourth quarter of the year.
Gilritchie previously worked at B2B hotel booking platform Teldar, where she launched the brand in the UK and occupied the role of head of development.
Her CV also includes positions at Bedsonnline, TravelCube and Attraction World.
