Aaron Hilton has moved from The Travel Franchise to become training and partnership executive at rival the Holiday Franchise Company.
He has worked in the travel industry since 2012, including for Tui, Kuoni and his most recent role at The Travel Franchise.
Holiday Franchise Company head of franchise Joanne Aldridge said: “Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge on both the travel and franchise industry, so is a perfect addition to the team, I look forward to supporting his career.
“Aaron’s appointment will mean we can further improve our already outstanding one-to-one training programme, launch new training initiatives and make our e-learning platform even stronger.”
Hilton added: “From my initial chat, there was a real sense of passion and excitement from the team.
