Solmar Villas expands portfolio by 20%

Solmar Villas has expanded its portfolio by 20% with more than 500 new properties.

A large proportion are in the Greek islands, taking total capacity to almost 2,500.

Skopelos is a new destination for 2025 with arrivals available from May, with new properties also added in Kefalonia, Lefkas and Zakynthos.

Other locations with new options are Gozo, Majorca, the Amalfi Coast, Lanzarote, Croatia, Cyprus, Costa Blanca, the Algarve and Dalaman.

Prices for seven nights in a new villa start at £536 for a two-bedroom property in Crete in April.

Chief executive Julie Blake said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our collection so significantly for 2025, offering our biggest ever choice of good value self-catering holidays across the Mediterranean and beyond.

“Greece and the Greek Islands continue to be a firm favourite with our guests so it’s exciting to be increasing our range there and expanding into new islands such as Skopelos.

“With a new brand campaign on TV – our biggest yet – and our first ever agent fam trip incentive underway, January is set to be a strong month.

“Early signs are great, with trade sales up 35% year on year and our incentive proving very popular. It’s wonderful to see so many of our partners eager to experience the Solmar Villas product.”
