Swan Hellenic has released its inaugural Explore & Restore voyages focusing on wellbeing.
The six cruises will depart in 2024 and all feature daily yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions, self-discovery workshops and meals inspired by Ayurveda – an Indian alternative medicine system.
The six-night Holistic Escape sailing departs Panama City on SH Diana, and calls at Bahía Culebra, Amapala, Huatulco and Acapulco.

Excursions such as yoga on Playa Panama and Chahué beaches and visiting the Barco Hundido shipwreck are included.
Prices start at £4,623 based on a March 27, 2024, departure.
The five-night Balancing Your Mind and Body cruise on SH Diana sails from Nassau to New York via Charlestown and features a session with author and alternative medicine advocate Deepak Chopra.
Prices lead in at £3,577 based on a May 10, 2024, departure.
Chopra will also host a session on the six-night Inner Connection sailing on SH Diana from New York to Halifax, calling at Provincetown, Boston, Portland and Yarmouth. The sailing departs on May 15, 2024, and costs from £4,623.
The From Magna Graecia to Greece cruise will depart Palermo on SH Diana on August 28, 2024, and call at Lipari, Stromboli, Giardini Naxos, Crone, Otranto, Sarandë, Preveza and Itea before concluding in Athens. Prices for the eight-night sailing start at £7,530.
The only sailing of the collection to depart on SH Vega will be the six-night Embracing Inner Spirit and Thriving cruise from Saint Maarten to Barbados, calling at Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Prices start at £6,729 based on an October 16, 2024, departure.
The final Explore & Restore voyage of the year will be the seven-night Extraordinary South Africa sailing from Maputo to Cape Town with calls at Richards Bay, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Mossel Bay.
Beach yoga and a market visit are among the included excursions. Prices for the cruise, which will depart on November 6, 2024, start at £7,669.
