Trailfinders and Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have been named among the top 50 places in the UK to work by job review site Glassdoor.
In Glassdoor’s Employee’s Choice Awards, Trailfinders features at number 35, and Jet2 enters for the first time, at number 43 on the list.
Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2022 list is based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer over the last year.
Travel agency Trailfinders received a company rating of 4.3 while airline Jet2.com and sister tour operator Jet2holidays received a rating of 4.2, with ratings based on a five-point scale. Hotel group Marriott International also featured in the list, at number 45.

One Trailfinders employee had described: “Excellent career opportunities within a secure company who invest in training to ensure each team member can achieve their goals.”
Jet2 employees praised their company’s response to Covid with one saying it: “Cares about individuals, great pay and commission structure, very considerate in Covid times to staff.”
Glassdoor chief executive Christian Sutherland-Wong said: “The world of work is rapidly evolving, fuelled by the pandemic and now millions of workers re-evaluating their expectations of employers. This year’s winners are leading the way by listening and responding to employee feedback and reimagining the employee experience to truly put their people first.

Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2022 list also features employers across industries including technology, finance, manufacturing, media and construction.
