Virgin Atlantic is giving agents the chance to win up to £5,000 during the airline’s ‘Reds on the Road’ initiative.
From the end of July until the end of December, bookings logged in the Sky High Club portal will provide entry into a monthly draw for cash or sky high club points from £1,000 to £5,000, with the latter sum being the final prize.
Nicki Goldsmith, Virgin Atlantic’s director of global sales, said: “The trade are super important to us, so we strive to continue to become the most-loved travel company.”

The initiative, unveiled at Travel Weekly’s Agent Achievement Awards 2024, will involve the airline’s sales team rewarding agents all over the country and hand-delivering prizes.
“We’re doubling down on our commitment to the trade,” said Goldsmith, adding: “The team is going to be out there and really visible.”
Earlier this month, Virgin Atlantic teamed up with joint venture partner Delta Air Lines to host 120 agents in Manchester for the second Runway Roadshow.
Presentations were given on the airlines’ routes and products, while tourist boards and hotels also attended to give agents the chance to network.
