Isabel Beckermann has joined Attraction World Group in the newly-created role as head of client success.
She previously headed Flight Centre’s global purchasing team, worked for Booking.com and oversaw the building the Klook brand in Europe as business development director.
In her new position based in Frankfurt, Beckermann will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall client relationship strategy within attractions business, both B2B and B2C.
She joins as part of a new leadership team headed by group chief executive Olly Nicholls.
He said: “Having been impressed with Isabel’s work within the industry over the past few years I am thrilled to welcome her to the team.
“She brings onboard a great understanding of both our partner and customer needs and has vital experience in both B2B and B2C client relationship.
