Blue Bay Travel has appointed a new product manager after a record start to sales this month, including the tour operator’s best trading day for four years.
Parul Jadav was previously director of The Travel Butler and has worked in senior product roles at Truly Travel, Alpharooms, and The Holiday Place among others during a 20-year career in travel.
His role will involve sourcing new Caribbean product for the operator.

Blue Bay’s product management director Greg Armstrong said Jadav’s product experience, which includes overseeing the Caribbean, especially Cuba, multiple destinations across Africa and the Middle East, was the main reason for taking him on.
“His extensive product experience, coupled with his strong negotiation abilities afford him the opportunity to hit the ground running for sure,” he said, adding: “I’m confident he will contribute toward Blue Bay’s sustained growth and we’re excited to see what he can do.”
Jadav said: “I’ve watched the incredible growth Blue Bay Travel has experienced over the past 20 years. I believe this is a fantastic opportunity to join at a time when travel continues to rebound after the chaos of the last few years.
“This change will also provide me with an opportunity to contribute to and be a part of the company’s continued success in the years to come.
“I’m especially looking forward to reconnecting with partners, and I’m excited to be working with familiar faces in the product team and to be back in a product manager role.”
The company has taken Jadav on after a record-breaking 47 bookings in one day on June 13, in part due to a Maldives flash sale as well as new deals in Egypt, Barbados and Tobago.
