Activity holiday specialist Mark Warner is to open a new resort on the Greek island of Lesvos.
The Aeolian Village Beach Resort is due to start taking holidaymakers from May 10.
Accommodation is across two areas, with facilities including two restaurants and three bars, two freshwater swimming pools, gym, sauna, whirlpool and spa area, padel courts and three astro tennis courts.
The new property comes as the operator introduced new facilities as part of investment across its portfolio ahead of the summer.
These include a new swimming pool, padel courts and gym at Kamari Beach Resort in Rhodes and a new gym and fitness centre, renovated spa and terrace bar at Phokaia in Foca, Turkey.
New watersports equipment, bikes and tennis equipment will be available at all five resorts.
Prices for seven nights half board at Aeolian Village Beach Resort start at £749 per person based on two adults sharing with flights from Gatwick.
