Newmarket Holidays races to fill new roles

Newmarket Holidays is seeking to fill seven new roles across its product, e-commerce, transport, customer experience and technology teams.

The recruitment drive is designed to help the operator handle increased levels of customer demand, support trade sales and grow partnerships over the upcoming months.

Vacancies include a head of e-commerce, long-haul product manager, location-based tour managers, holiday planners, aviation executives and customer operations executives.

The company is also offering a new 12-month intern position within its marketing team following the launch of a successful programme in 2023.

Head of people and culture Nikki Bail (pictured) said: “This is such an exciting time as we continue to thrive and grow with new escorted tour itineraries across the world. We’re building our team to ensure we keep exceeding our customers’ expectations and meet demand on every level.

“New recruits are joining an award-winning company that aims to enrich lives and well-being through travel. We offer hybrid working, a modern HQ in the London suburbs with easy train access, and an onboarding programme that sets recruits up for success.”

The recruitment has been driven by a return to post-pandemic growth last year and strong sales at the beginning of 2024, plus the introduction of 16 new tours.
