Olympic Holidays is offering cruises for the first time in more than 50 years of trading.
The operator has announced three-day and four-day sailings to Greece and Turkey this summer, with both setting off from Athens.
Managing director Michael Vinales said it was “great to expand our portfolio”, describing cruises as “the next logical step” for the business.

The operator, which has been offering trips to Greece and Cyprus since 1967, decided to launch cruises after the success of its island-hopping experiences.
The three-day cruise will visit Santorini and Mykonos, while the four-day sailing will take the same route but add Rhodes. Both will visit Cesme on Turkey’s Aegean coast.
Vinales said: “Following the successful launch and huge appetite we’re seeing for our island-hopping experiences, our two new cruise itineraries offer guests an alternative way to set sail and explore.
“Everything is tailor-made, allowing guests to set their own pace either side of the cruise.
“With bespoke itineraries to accommodate varying requests around length of stay and budget, all guests have the option to extend their stay in Athens or add on another island or two.
“Dipping our toes into the cruise market and offering this type of experience was the next logical step for us.
“Not only is it great to expand our portfolio but [it] goes further to cement our place in the marketplace as the experts in creating bespoke holiday island experiences.”
