Pierre & Vacances expands French portfolio for summer

Self-catering specialist Pierre & Vacances has built a resort to expand its presence in France this summer .

The newly constructed Residence Cap Cassis Calanques is due to open in June close to Marseille with 71 apartments.

The accommodation ranges from studios sleeping two people to larger apartments sleeping up to six. 

The apartments are fitted with balconies or terraces, and guests can use an outdoor swimming pool.

The company has also taken over a waterfront site Mediterranean village of Saint-Cyprien, seven miles from Perpignan, with a golf course and swimming pool.

Renovations have also been carried out to the water park at Belle Dune holiday village in North Picardy, two hours drive from Calais.

Refurbishment has also been carried out at Residence Le Chant des Oiseaux  in Normandy.
