Princess Cruises is to run its first summer season of sailings from Los Angeles next year.
The 3,080-passenger Emerald Princess will be deployed from the US west coast port between May and August 2023.
Itineraries will range from between five and 16 nights in duration along the Pacific coast plus four departures to Hawaii.
The cruises went on sale yesterday (Tuesday) covering destinations on the Mexican Baja Peninsula such as Cabo San Lucas (pictured), Ensenada and La Paz as well as overnights in San Francisco and calls into San Diego.
The first 16-night Hawaii sailing is on May 4 with others on June 17 and July 22 with stops in Hilo, Honolulu, Maui, Kauai and Ensenada in Mexico.
