A raft of speakers have been confirmed for the first Expedition Cruise Network (ECN) conference next month.
Expedition cruise industry leaders and experts will discuss key industry topics and trends during business sessions at the inaugural event in London on October 1 and 2.
The conference will run plenary sessions and optional seminar programmes for 100 travel trade buyers attending.
Industry leaders to to speak include HX Expeditions’ Alex Delamere White, Ponant’s Anthony Daniels, Scenic’s Jason Flesher and Silversea’s Peter Shanks.
Sessions will also cover Antarctica, the Arctic, luxury, the positive impact of the sector, selling expedition cruising, warm weather destinations and micro expeditions.
ECN chief executive Akvile Marozaite said: “I’m so excited to hear from these fascinating professionals who make up the most dynamic sector in travel.
“We’ve gathered speakers from 14 different nationalities, 15 different expedition cruise operators, senior industry figures, expedition team leaders and insiders, who will all come together to speak to travel trade professionals who will hold 750 face-to-face meetings with expedition cruise operator members and who are keen to improve their knowledge and forge vital commercial connections in the expedition cruise sector.”
