Specialist travel management company Diversity Travel is on the verge of being bought by a private equity firm in a deal worth about £40m, Sky News has reported.
Diversity Travel, which transports aid workers to warzones, is understood to be getting sold to Primary Capital.
City sources said the transaction could be finalised within weeks, according to Sky News.
Manchester-headquartered Diversity has transported aid workers into Ukraine since the Russian invasion. It also helped workers reach Syria and Turkey following the earthquake in February that killed more than 50,000.
Travel Weekly has contacted Diversity and Primary Capital for comment.
