Visit Orlando has released a series of destination training videos for travel agents through its new interactive website.
The tourism association’s website provides agents with a library of on-demand videos across three channels – accommodation, attractions and outdoor adventure.
Agents can learn more about experiences available in Orlando, tips on how to sell the destination and how to increase the value of customers’ holiday experiences.
Casandra Matej, Visit Orlando’s president and chief executive, said: “We recognise it’s been a tough year for our travel partners.
“We wanted to develop a fun and meaningful learning experience that offers a quick Orlando immersion with the flexibility of on-demand viewing,
“The Love and Learn Orlando videos were created specifically for travel professionals to learn how to book attractions and hotels for clients, show detailed views of guest rooms and more.”
After watching each of three channels, agents will automatically be entered into a prize draw if they answer questions linked to the content.
Prizes – including a hotel stay and attraction tickets – are awarded each week until July 29. Agents who view all three channels and submit their answers have three chances of winning.
