A group of 130 Not Just Travel consultants and corporate team members have spent the past week on MSC Euribia for a training event.
The agents joined the International Mastery Retreat on Friday (October 13) as the vessel embarked on its week-long northern European cruise from Southampton.
Working with key cruise partner MSC Cruises, the retreat has featured training sessions led by the company’s co-founders, business development managers, cruise division team and leading franchisees in the business who have earned commission worth more than £500,000.
Topics have included preparing for the upcoming peaks season, the vision for the company, the success of the Cruise Division and how it can support members, and the inspiring stories from travel consultants on the retreat.
More than 100 cabins have hosted the franchisees, corporate team, MSC representatives, brand ambassadors and film crew.

Not Just Travel hails record-breaking cruise bookings
Paul Harrison, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise, said: “Our members are honing their skills, learning more about the lucrative cruise market and how to build their business.
“This event is about high-end learning, expertise, fun, luxury and fine dining.
“True friendships are cemented and agents can indulge in five-star dining in one of Euribia’s 10 restaurants – and 21 bars – before enjoying a whole array of on board entertainment.”
Not Just Travel consultant Lynne Friery commented: “Everyone will sell more MSC cruises as a result of the event. It’s been great to fully experience what it’s like to sail on board.
“The sessions have been helpful to learn the fundamentals about MSC and the product, but being on board lets you see it all in practical terms to help sell to your customers.
“Not Just Travel has provided helpful business and peak planning sessions, which is always a good reminder to keep your business under review and focussed on the coming months and years.”
Excursions during the cruise have visited Hamburg, Rotterdam and Paris and there have been two days during the week-long cruise for agents to relax during their free time.
