Not Just Travel recruits business development manager

Homeworking agency Not Just Travel has appointed Danielle Dry as its latest business development manager.

Her appointment follows news that the company has recruited more new travel consultants in the first five months of 2023 than it did in the whole of 2022 – with at least one new travel consultant joining most working days.

She has 25 years of travel experience, having worked with Barrhead Travel, Thomas Cook, Lunn Poly and Thomson, in retail, sales growth, coaching, mentoring and business development.

Dry said: “I’ve been most impressed by co-founders Paul Harrison and Steve Witt’s motivation. The sheer scale of their passion stood out for me.

“They are both very open about their vision and strategy for the future and I’m excited to be a part of it.

“I’ve met many NJT consultants so far and what impresses me the most is how some of them still have other jobs and have never worked in the travel industry, but yet make great successes out of their travel businesses as they learn and grow.”

Witt said Not Just Travel it is expanding its recruitment drive “to not only match our rapidly expanding consultant network, but also to provide unsurpassed mentorship”.

He added: “We already have the best support staff-to-consultant ratio in the industry but, as always, we look to improve on that.”
