Riverside Luxury Cruises has added four former Crystal Cruises ships to its growing fleet, following the purchase of Riverside Mozart last September.
Riverside’s fleet now consists of MS Bach, MS Ravel, MS Mahler, MS Debussy and Riverside Mozart (pictured).
From April the line will offer Danube cruises on Riverside Mozart and the renamed Riverside Ravel vessel will operate sailings on the Rhône and Saône from Burgundy to Provence.

The renamed Riverside Debussy will also cruise on the Rhine between Amsterdam and Basel.
Itineraries on Bach and Mahler, which will also carry the Riverside name, are slated for next year and will be announced later in 2023.
The line’s founder, Gregor Gerlach, said: “We are thrilled by the expansion of our fleet to include these storied vessels.
“This acquisition allows us to expand our itinerary offerings, showcasing a level of space, personalised service and elegance not found with any other river cruise line.”
Riverside Luxury Cruises, operated by family-owned German hotel group Seaside Collection, said it wants to be “defined not only by its crew-to-guest ratio but by its service culture”.
“Nowhere will this be better exemplified than by its butlers, who go above and beyond to assist guests with their needs from 24-hour room service to excursions and special requests for one-of-a-kind experiences,” the line added.
“Each ship will have a crew of trained sommeliers, and bartenders will have access to special regional and global wines as well as some of the best spirits available, with a wine cellar that is unparalleled even among the best restaurants on land.”
