Travel Counsellors will pay for the honeymoon of two customers after they submitted the homeworking firm’s 5,000th positive Trustpilot review.
Ruby and Lucy Philips were left shocked after taking a call from their travel counsellor, Natasha Lawrence, who told them the honeymoon they plan to take next year would be covered by the agency after they had penned their glowing review.
The 22-year-old students (pictured) from Suffolk had struggled to settle on a destination for their honeymoon and kept putting off booking the trip, according to Travel Counsellors, but have now finalised their trip with Lawrence.

“They did not know where to start and felt overwhelmed to find somewhere warm with beaches and plenty of places to explore that was LGBTQ+ friendly and catered to their vegan diet,” Travel Counsellors said.
Ruby said: “We left a review because we were both so happy with the service we received after feeling so overwhelmed by the amount of options.
“We wanted to make sure people knew how positive our experience was, so they’d choose to use Travel Counsellors when booking their next trip away.
“Hearing we will now get that money back we were both in complete shock. It meant so much to us as we are both mature students and it had taken us so long to save up.”
She added: “The money will allow us to have some more amazing experiences while we are in Rhodes and now don’t have to save so much more while we study.”
