Firth: to take on new role as executive director

Firth joins Club Travel 2000

CLUBTravel 2000 is splitting its sales and marketing department following continuing expansion.

Philip Firth, the former Leeds/Bradford Airport head of marketing and business development, has joined the operator as an executive director.

He will take a place on the Club Travel 2000 board as marketing and business development director.

Firth will focus on sales in the South, Midlands and north-west of England. Sales director Ian Scott will cover Scotland and the north east.

Scott’s role will continue to involve a sales push from Glasgow and Newcastle airports.

Firth’s appointment marks a return to tour operating after a break of three years while at Leeds/Bradford.
