Vouching on fair trading strategy
TWO LADIES presented us with a travel voucher from Shearings Holidays.The voucher was given for a complaint on a previous holiday and was worth £15. The holiday was for £187.
I rang Shearings to ask if we could take the voucher and was told this would be taken from our commission, so we would only make £3. Surely this is unfair, most operators give vouchers and do not take this out of our commission. Have other agents experienced this from Shearings?
