n air jamaica launches two additional routesAir Jamaica has launched two twice-weekly services to Panama City and Phoenix. Both flights will go to the airline’s base in Montego Bay, where passengers can connect with Air Jamaica’s flights to Barbados, Bonaire, Grand Cayman, Grenada, Havana, Cuba, Nassau, Bahamas and St Lucia.
n air canada and canadian airlines medical boost
Air Canada and Canadian Airlines is investing £674,000 in in-flight medical support. The airlines are introducingair-to-ground medical support and automated external defibrillators. Staff training for both airlines will begin in autumn and will include cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and guidance for air-to-ground medical assistance communication. In addition to the defibrillators, the airlines will add cardiac monitors to their on-board medical kits.
n new stansted express site aids travellers
Stansted Express has launched a Web site that allows customers to book tickets and check train times between Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport. It also offers tips on where to go and what to do in London and beyond, including a guide to secret London which features unusual places of interest.
