&#42 Mark Pearce has been appointed to the position of vice-president of international sales and marketing for Choice Hotels. Pearce will be responsible for the development and implementation of international marketing programmes for Comfort, Quality, Clarion and Sleep hotels outside the US.

&#42 Legoland Windsor has promoted Glenn Dobbin to the position of general manager. He replaces managing director David Bradley.

&#42 Douglas Johnson has been appointed marketing manager UK and Ireland for Turkish Airlines. His goals are to cultivate business to Turkey, expand on destinations and to create a greater awareness of the Turkish Airlines product.

&#42 Angela Clarke has been promoted to worldwide director of sales and marketing for Orient-Express Hotels. She joins from the hotel group in South Africa, where she held the position of regional director of sales and marketing for more than two years.

&#42 Vicki Hider has been appointed to the Horsham-based marketing team of Primary Insurance. Hider came from Stark Software International, based at Gatwick, where she was marketing assistant, specialising in energy management.
