Festive Holidays establishes dedicated groups department
FESTIVEHolidays, operators of Prime Time and Sterling River Cruises, has set up a groups department at its Cheltenham headquarters in a move to boost sales.
Group sales manager Mike Gibson.”In the past, most of our group bookings have come by recommendation but we are now actively promoting our group service and expect this segment to grow further next year.”
Meanwhile, Festive Holidays has launched its spring/summer 2001 Sterling River Cruises brochure.New itineraries include a seven-day Rhine and Moselle cruise and an extended 10 day, three-country cruise sailing through Germany, France and Switzerland.
The capacity for the 2001 programme is also set to increase from 4,400 to 6,000 passengers.
River trip prices start at £129 for a Belgium party cruise calling at Antwerp and Ghent where passengers can disembark for tours around the towns.
