Travelcare snaps up Aquasun Travel in latest acquisition
AGENCY chain Travelcare has bought five-branch Aquasun Travel for an undisclosed sum.
The Aquasun shops, all in Greater Manchester, will begin trading under the Travelcare name over the next month and will be refurbished using Travelcare’s new brand identity.
All 40 of Aquasun’s staff will be retained. The latest agency acquisition comes two weeks after Travelcare’s purchase of Fydale-based Destinations travel chain and is part of the company’s plan to expand into towns where it is not represented.
