ALLLEISUREGroup recently sponsored a day at Newbury Races to celebrate the rebranding of its various divisions. Chairman Roger Allard, left, and Travel Weekly editor Jeremy Skidmore were laughing all the way to the bank after scooping £225 each on the first race. Ladbrokes had offered a free £25 bet for all attendees and Allard suggested he and Skidmore back the 9-1 outsider in the 2.10, which duly romped home. The name of the horse? Looking for Love.
