Don’t drive staff out of the industry
Last week’s Letters in Travel Weekly was enough to drive anyone out of the industry.
These are challenging times and many of our practices are being questioned.
The values of team work and respect for others are not something to be set aside as we enter a new way of doing business. They are the building blocks to ensure we all benefit from new opportunities.
It saddens me to read the letters from disappointed Thomas Cook managers, especially if it forces them to consider moving out of the industry.
Brooking Travel and Travel Incorporate have seen sales growth of 20%-40 % this year, as well as investing £80,000 in a new shop in Reading. We were able to do this thanks to the hard work of all colleagues, not least those who have joined from Thomas Cook in the last year!
We are building a business that is both fun and rewarding, and we always have room for more outstanding consultants.
