Sandals Resorts has appointed Michelle Hanlon as marketing executive to head of marketing international markets Daisy Williams. Hanlon previously worked at Mark Warner Holidays as the personal assistant to the head of sales and marketing.
Gill Gallagher has returned to Airways Holidays after leaving for a short time to pursue a career outside the travel industry. The former marketing manager rejoins the company as sales and marketing manager.
Norio Takizawa has been promoted to general manager of ANA Hotel Singapore. He has been with ANA Hotel Singapore since 1992, initially as resident manager before being promoted to acting general manager in April 1998.
Air Miles has promoted Martyn Berrett to customer services director, replacing Kate Corbett, who has left to take a job outside the industry. Berrett was previously in charge of customer services for the north of the UK.
Hunter Hansen has been appointed general manager of the London Marriott, Grosvenor Square. He takes over fromMary Scott who has moved to Tampa, Florida, as general manager of the new Tampa Waterside Marriott Hotel. Hansen has been with Marriott for 27 years.
