Radisson to lift Poland profile
RADISSON SAS expects to have six hotels under construction in Poland towards the end ofthis year.
The new developments include two properties in Warsaw and one in Cracow, Wroclaw, Gdansk and Lublin or Poznan.
The building programme will give Radisson SAS 1,500 rooms in Poland. The chain already has a hotel in Szczecin. The 165-room Wroclaw hotel will open at the end of this year. The Warsaw properties – the 310-room Radisson SAS Warsaw and the Residence, with 300 serviced apartments – will open next summer. The 200-room Cracow hotel is scheduled to open late next year.
Radisson is in talks over plans to build a property at Lublinor Poznan as Travel Weekly went to press.
