EUROSTAR services have returned to normal following severe
delays and cancellations caused by a broken down train.
Passengers suffered delays of up to six hours when a local
Connex train broken down yesterday near Seven Oaks in Kent. Problems were
compounded when a team sent to deal with the incident were caught up in traffic
on the M20 motorway.
A spokesman for Eurostar said delayed passengers will be
entitled to a refund.
