HOLIDAYMAKERS travelling from Stansted airport are being
urged to allow extra time for their journeys over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Roadworks on junction 8 of the M11 motorway may cause delays
for those travelling to the airport by car.
Travellers are advised to make use of the Stansted Express
rail service from London Liverpool Street station or the Airbus coach link from
Victoria and Golders Green.
Stansted is expecting 200,000 people to pass through it
between Friday and Monday heading for popular destinations including Dublin,
Amsterdam and Majorca.
